Booking Details: Name, email, phone number, and appointment history, collected through Vagaro when you book an appointment
Contact form / DM information: name, email, or Instagram handle if you message us or fill out a form on our site
Payment information: processed securely through Vagaro; we don't store full card details ourselves
Marketing preferences: if you opt into email or SMS updates
Third-party services we use
Vagaro: booking, payment processing, and email communications
Meta (Instagram/Facebook): for our Shop, DMs, and ManyChat automation on new-follower messages
