Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we require a credit card on file when booking appointments. This policy helps us manage no-shows and last-minute cancellations effectively.
Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. However, we do not charge your card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: We do not charge your card unless you cancel or no-show your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your card will be charged 50% of the booked service.
