As a courtesy, we send a reminder 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to allow time for any necessary changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
